Play Music will find a way to bring the love of music into your life.

Lesson Policies

• Tuition is paid on a monthly basis in advance.
• If you wish to continue after your last lesson, you must pay your tuition in advance in order to keep your slot.
• Lessons are booked and paid in-store.
• Lessons are given at the store:
  Monday – Friday (3pm – 6:30pm)
  Saturday (10am – 2pm)
• Instructors will teach the lesson according to the student’s skill level.
• Weekday cancellations must be received by 12pm on the day of the lesson in order to receive a make-up lesson.
• Saturday cancellations must be received by Friday at 7pm. (the day before)
• Please keep in mind that if you cancel a lesson without proper notice (by phone or in-store) you will not be refunded or rescheduled for that lesson.
• If a teacher cancels or if the store is closed due to weather emergencies or a holiday, that lesson will be rescheduled.
